Doesn't do anything for me, even if I turn my forearms so much that the pinky finger side lifts off the ground. Where is this supposed to cause a stretching sensation?
This tends to happen for people who are more mobile. For you, try keeping the back of the hands, fingers, wrists rooted to the ground and slowly move your torso back towards your heels. There will be a point where you can't quite go further back without lifting a part of the hands and fingers off the ground. That's the spot where you'll usually start to feel the stretch! If not, keep doing everything as described above but add in some external rotation of the upper arms. Feel like you're rotating your biceps away from each other while keeping the hands, fingers, etc down and moving back. Hopefully that all makes sense and gives you more of an active stretch sensation!
@@HeartBonesYogaAnatomyMobility Great, yes, I could feel something now, mainly in the forearms, a little bit in the upper arm (that's where I felt a limitation at some point, not being able to shift further backwards). Will explore this more to see if I can find the stretch into the shoulders and neck also. Thanks!

i was going to try that one , but, osteporosis hit me , the doal thing and trying to lett my back hit the whole ribs very soar from i believe i had a decompression fracture in my , all that made me cry, now, i don't want t to even look at the three moves i just want to have a menpausal cry.
